How To Use?
1. Express one continuous bead of teeth whitening gel approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the syringe.
2. Place teeth whitening tray over teeth. Gently press the tray to move teeth whitening gel into place. Pressing too firmly will force gel out of the tray. Wear times will vary.
3. Remove excess teeth whitening gel from gums using a soft toothbrush. 
4. Clean teeth whitening tray with soft brush and warm water. Store tray in the case that came with your kit.

It’s not advised to smoke or vape while wearing your aligners. When aligners are worn while smoking or vaping, nicotine and tar can stain the clear trays.

It is not a good idea skipping aligners or moving on to a new aligner too soon unless your provider specifically tells you to do so. If your aligners aren’t fitting properly at any point, reach out by your orthodontic provider immediately.

Hold on for a moment! As part of your treatment, you must hang on to all your aligner sets until the treatment is finished, and you’ve received the retainers. If you feel discomfort in your tongue due to the unusually sharp edges of your clear aligner while wearing them, you can try using a nail file or sandpaper to smooth the edges of the clear aligner yourself. If the discomfort persists, we recommend consulting your doctor for assistance in resolving the issue.
