Warranty Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: From the original date of purchase

Warranty Period: 1 year

1. COVERAGE

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will replace, at our discretion, any defective toothbrush or its components at no charge.

Covered issues may include:

• Malfunctioning motor
• Charging issues due to internal defects
• Battery failure (not due to misuse)
• Power button failure or other electrical issues caused by manufacturing faults

2. WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. discoloration, surface scratches)
• Consumable parts (e.g. brush heads, travel case, packaging)
• Damage caused by:
• Accidental drops, abuse, or misuse
• Improper maintenance or storage
• Use of unofficial chargers or accessories
• Water damage due to improper handling
• Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or second-hand units

3. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a claim:

• Original purchase receipt (proof of purchase)
• Description and photo/video of the issue

3. We will assess your case and provide instructions for exchange or return.

4. REPLACEMENT TERMS

• Replacements will be the same model or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.
• The warranty period is not extended after replacement — it remains based on the original purchase date.

5. LIMITATIONS

• This warranty is only valid for products purchased in Malaysia.
• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer.
